Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and the participating framer and their staff and household members, are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter. (a) A first clue is published in the group, revealing which artwork is hidden. (b) A second clue is published in the group, revealing the location at which the artwork is held. (c) The entrant attends that location, scans the QR code displayed there, and completes registration, accepting these Terms. (d) A riddle is then published in the group. (e) To enter, the entrant posts their answer as a comment on the riddle post. (f) Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
6. The Prize. One (1) large-format limited edition print, professionally framed, from the Promoter's collection. [Title, dimensions and value TBC] The value of the Prize does not exceed $3,000 (recommended retail price, inclusive of GST). The Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
7. Determining the Winner. The winner is the first eligible entrant to post the correct answer to the riddle.
The Promoter does not publicly identify the correct answer. The Promoter assesses each entry for correctness and eligibility privately, and contacts the entrant whose answer is correct. Entrants are asked not to publicise their entry or any win before the Prize is collected.
Where the first entrant to post the correct answer is not an eligible entrant, including where they have not scanned the QR code or do not reside in New South Wales, the Promoter may contact the next entrant who posted the correct answer, and so on, until an eligible entrant is identified and contacted.
Order is determined by the timestamp recorded on each comment by the platform , not by when the Promoter reviews it. Comments remain visible and timestamped, so an answer posted outside business hours retains its position. The Promoter may assess entries and contact entrants during business hours.
8. Tie-Break. Where two or more eligible entrants post the correct answer at the same recorded time, those entrants will be asked a further question of skill, and the winner will be the first of them to answer it correctly.
9. Notification. The winner will be notified privately within 24 hours. The winner will be asked not to publicise their win before the Prize is collected.
10. Collection. The winner must collect the Prize in person from [location TBC] within 14 days of notification, presenting the code word issued by the Promoter and photo identification matching their registered name.
11. Uncollected Prize. If the Prize is not collected within the period in clause 10, the Promoter may award the Prize to the next eligible entrant who posted the correct answer.
12. Publicity. By entering, the entrant consents to the Promoter using their first name, suburb and photograph in connection with the Promotion.
13. Privacy. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and to contact entrants. [collection notice TBC] Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
14. Disqualification. An entry is void where the entrant has breached these Terms, including where the entrant was not eligible or the answer was not the entrant's own.
15. Free Entry. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
16. Permits. This Promotion is a game of skill. No permit or authority is required in New South Wales. [confirm]
17. General. The Promoter may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary. The Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
