Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Steph Brooke Studio. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 7 Business Days. We will contact you if there are any delays. Some orders may ship within as few as 5 business day and some may take several weeks for orders with custom stretching and framing through our studio supplier. Here's some details on what to expect below:

Rolled prints on canvas or cotton rag -The standard shipping time to be expected for rolled prints on canvas and rolled prints on cotton rag is within 14 business days. 


Prints on canvas stretched and ready to hang - 
The standard shipping time to be expected for stretched canvas prints is within 21 business days. 


Prints on canvas stretched, framed and ready to hang - 
The standard shipping time to be expected for framed stretched canvas prints is within 4-6 weeks.


Original Artwork Rolled in a postal tube - 
The standard shipping time to be expected for original artwork rolled in a postal tube is within 7-10 business days. Often artwork is advertised and photographed before varnishing so we can achieve the best photo/product representation possible. Your original artwork may require varnishing and time to dry before we pack for shipping.


Original artwork stretched and sent via courier - 
The standard shipping time to be expected for original artwork rolled in a postal tube is within 4-6 weeks.


Original artwork Framed and sent via courier - 
The standard shipping time to be expected for original artwork rolled in a postal tube is within 4-6 weeks*

* Exhibition pieces will be dispatched at the conclusion of the exhibition. We will make contact with you prior to advise the date and arrange a suitable delivery/shipment time.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping

All orders are calculated at the checkout via the weight of the product and include a flat-rate shipping fee across Australia. We ship through several couriers across Australia, which is express registered post. However, as your order is specifically made for you, we need time to print, stretch, frame, pack and ship your order which is why the time is variable. We will always send you a tracking number when it's on its way. If you require an order by a specific date, please contact us at steph@stephbrookestudio.com prior to placing the order.

Tracking Options

Steph Brooke Studio aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Missing or Lost Package

To reduce the chance of missing or lost packages, the customer must sign upon delivery of the package. This will be automatically selected at shipment. 


Shipment Locations

Domestic and International

Steph Brooke Studio ships domestically as per this shipping policy and internationally ONLY upon request. If you have a question about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us at steph@stephbrookestudio.com.


Shipping Restrictions

Steph Brooke Studio can ship to both commercial and domestic addresses, but we cannot deliver to PO boxes.


Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are tobe used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays in production through our supplier, public holidays and COVID lockdowns and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Please note:

- Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

- Products may be delivered in separate shipments if there are multiple orders however we find this to be unnecessary so we will contact you to discuss your preference prior to shipment.

- Due to Custom orders, framing and COVID postage delays, packages to and from our facility in Darwin and Brisbane may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

  • We will not be responsible for the incorrect shipping address if you provide incorrect information. Please check this carefully.
  • When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

(A) Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

(B) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. 

 


Domestic and International

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. International orders can be arranged through steoh@stephbrookestudio.com and we can tailor a specific quote upon request. Customs and Taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.


International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Steph Brooke Studio is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom

requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at steph@stephbrookestudio.com.
